CHEMSPEC EUROPE 2019 IN HALL 1.0 OF THE BASEL FAIR
DELIVERY SERVICE FOR ALL EXHIBITORS AT CHEMSPEC 2019
The Basel region is one of the most important locations for fine and specialty chemicals. In the border triangle between Switzerland, Germany and France, the international trade fair is the best place to be launched here.
For the 34th time, manufacturers, distributors, suppliers of equipment and raw materials, dealers, agents, regulatory authorities and consulting firms covering the entire spectrum of fine and specialty chemicals attended this event.
A high-quality conference programme provided formative insights into current market developments and shows best practice examples for more success and growth.
For 2 days we deliver food, drinks and catering equipment to the stands of all exhibitors. We also run a pop-up restaurant with over 700 seatings.

CONGRESS CATERING FOR 2,200 GUESTS
The Congress of the International Society for Blood Transfusion took place in the Congress Center in Basel for days in June 2019. At the congress all professionals within the field of transfusion medicine were represented whether working in blood services, hospitals, research institutes, universities or industry.
The programme was wide-ranging:
- Information on scientific research programmes and the current state of science
- Breakfast sessions and workshops
- the special promotion of the careers of young professionals
14 working groups covered all aspects of transfusion medicine.
For the 2200 guests we were able to cover the entire repertoire of a
professional congress and convention catering:
- Delivery service for exhibitors
- crew catering
- lunch boxes
- buffet lunch
- coffee breaks
- welcome receptions
- stand parties with some exhibitors
INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON PEDIATRIC PAIN
The Congress Center Basel welcomed 450 participants to the 12th International Symposium on Peditatric Pain. Our client, Congrex Switzerland, organised the conference between 16-20 June 2019. We provided logistics, service, chefs, food & drinks for breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch breaks and an evening cocktail with finger food.

CONFERENCE IN THE STADIUM
IWB has been operating a photovoltaic system on the roof of the stadium St. Jakob-Park since 2013. In March 2019, FC Basel 1893 and IWB extended their cooperation for a further three years. Starting with the new season, IWB will then be business partner. The energy supplier from the Basel region met in June 2019 in the stadium with 120 people. We offered the welcome coffee, a snack break and lunch as part of a conference package for all guests. Your are curious about the possibilites in the stadium ? HOST: ART BASEL AT THE FAIR
THE MOST IMPORTANT MODERN ART FAIR IN BASEL
300 gallery owners and about 100,000 guests visited the “temporary museum” in the exhibition halls at Basel Trade Fair. The catering offer is just as international and varied as the audience. We started with 2 special events : 800 guests for the Artist-Brunch and 1.100 collectors for the Champagne-Breakfast. More than 25 concept and pop-up restaurants offer food varieties for all visitors at Art Basel 2019. The most important fair of art from the 20th and 21st centuries lasts 6 days. It’s one of our highlights of the year – it’s great to be part of it.
WASSERMANN’S KITCHEN PARTY
Unique customers, exceptional location
Our customers must naturally get something special. That’s why we invite them to Wassermann’s kitchen party once per year. In 2018, we offered the aperitif in the Wassermann box, we had our own homemade sausages, boar bratwurst, our “eyecatcher” was a floating island with char, “truffle pig” truffles with spinach and mashed potatoes and a Wagyu burger from “McWagyu”. The “sweet boys” from the patisserie ran riot with Kaiserschmarrn [an Austrian dessert pancake with raisins], stewed plums and sweet sushi.
