Please note the minimum quantity orders for food. During the exhibition, we can accept subsequent orders for the following day until 2 pm. You can reach us at the following number: +41 61 201 08 45. Orders via E-mail: sales@wassermann-company.ch
Returns
The return of empty crates takes place on the last day of the exhibition. Any inventory still at the stand will be collected after the exhibition or the congress. Only unopened, complete containers of consumables can be refunded (according to the packaging unit on delivery). Unused dishes, glasses and cutlery cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons. It is your responsibility to store equipment made available to you in a safe space until it is collected from the stand and to arrange for an authorised person to hand everything over to our logistics personnel. You will receive a copy of the signed return note.
The exhibitor is fully liable for rental objects/equipment/crockery which has been damaged by themselves or by a third party or is not returned. Damaged or missing material is charged at the original purchase price.
Only for congresses
Please notify us at least two weeks before the start if you plan to serve drinks, coffee and/or food yourself. For reasons of hygiene and quality assurance, as well as exclusivity as a catering partner, this must always be approved by Wassermann & Company AG.
Scope of delivery
The minimum turnover per delivery is CHF 120.00 net. The scope of delivery includes delivery to the exhibition stand. If the minimum turnover is not reached, a delivery fee of CHF 30.00 net per delivery is charged. Subsequent deliveries on the same day are subject to a surcharge of CHF 30.00 net per order.
All prices are in CHF and exclude the statutory value-added-tax valid at the time of invoicing.
