Large events are our passion. Our team consists of experienced specialists for catering at sporting, cultural and corporate events. We also organise catering for exhibitors and their guests at trade fairs and congresses.

Frank Wassermann discovered his passion for food, drink and the lively atmosphere at events at a young age. And that has remained the case to this day.

Founder Frank Wassermann

Over the decades, Frank Wassermann has continuously expanded his expertise in international sports and corporate events. He has been self-employed in Switzerland with the founding of Wassermann & Company AG since 2014.

Prior to this, he gained a great deal of expertise in event catering abroad, over a period of 25 years. As Managing Director in Munich, he was responsible for all events in the entire Munich Olympic Park and the Allianz Arena throughout the year. He and his team of 450 people at the time also received assignments for the VIP catering.

As a foodie, he is always on the lookout for new recipes and restaurants from all over the world. He is particularly interested in traditional cuisine from Baden, Austria and Bavaria as well as typical specialties from the Mediterranean and Asian cuisine.

Merger with Käfer Schweiz AG, we are now the exclusive catering partner of ther Exhibition & des Congress Center BaselSwiss Indoors and Basel Tattoo.

2017

FIS World Ski Championships, St. Moritz

St. Moritz rocks. At 2000 meters above sea level, we catered for 14,000 VIP guests in eleven days at the FIS World Ski Championships St. Moritz, 2017.

2018

Preferred Partner
St. Jakobshalle Basel

Well-known location, new contract. We are the preferred catering partner of the St. Jakobshalle Basel

2019

Preferred Partner Stadtcasino

Reconstruction and renovation at its best: The Stadtcasino Basel is one of the best concert halls in the world. We have been the catering partner since it reopened.

2021

Historical Museum Basel | Barfüsser Church

Museum & Event Location – as preferred catering partner, we organise the catering for companies and cultural event planners at the Historischen Museum Basel und der Barfüsser Church.

2022

Thunerseespiele |
Exhibition Center Zurich

Working where others spend their holiday. For over 6 weeks, we catered directly by the lake at the Thunerseespielen.  At the same time, we are intensifying our partnership with the MCH Group and are now the exclusive catering partner of the Exhibition Center Zürich.

2023

Theater 11 Zürich

Catering challenge accepted: We are responsible for the restaurant, the sales bars and apéros for up to 300 guests within the Theater 11.

2024

Rhypark Basel

Organize meetings and events in  Basel’s event location on the banks of the Rhine with floor-to-ceiling windows and a view of the city lights.
